ABOUT RFOUR
RFOUR has been facilitating organisational change, leadership development, and stakeholder engagement across Asia Pacific since 2006. Now based in Australia, we continue to partner with clients throughout the region—from multinationals navigating complexity to NGOs seeking deeper community connection.
Our team holds advanced credentials in the facilitation profession, including Certified Professional Facilitator | Master status and Assessor certification with the International Association of Facilitators. We are also Certified Integral Facilitators—trained to work with the full spectrum of individual and organisational change.
But credentials only tell part of the story. What sets us apart is our commitment to understanding before intervening. We create environments where people feel genuinely heard, where diverse perspectives surface safely, and where alignment emerges through authentic dialogue rather than forced consensus.
Our Experience
Strategic facilitation: Nearly two decades designing and facilitating executive retreats, strategic planning sessions, and multi-year transformation programmes for organisations across banking, energy, technology, manufacturing, healthcare, government, and the non-profit sector.
Leadership development: Faculty and coaching roles with global leadership programmes—supporting executives through transitions from emerging leader to regional head, and helping leadership teams build the relational capacity to lead through uncertainty.
Community and stakeholder engagement: Designing and facilitating deliberative dialogues on complex challenges—from climate action to organisational direction—bringing diverse voices into productive conversation on matters that affect them.
Building facilitation capability: Training facilitators and leaders across the region, including adjunct faculty roles at universities and government training academies. Founding leadership of the IAF Hong Kong chapter and ongoing mentoring of emerging facilitators.
OUR CORe METHODOLOGY
INTEGRAL MAP: Seeing the Whole Picture
When organisations face significant change—whether strategic realignment, cultural transformation, or breaking down silos—the instinct is often to focus on the visible: new processes, restructured teams, skills training. These matter. But they're only part of the picture.
We use the Integral Framework, adapted from the work of philosopher Ken Wilber, as the backbone of everything we do. It's a simple but powerful way to ensure we're not missing what's hidden in plain sight.
“I” - Mindset
The beliefs, assumptions, and motivations people carry.
What do they truly think about this change? What fears or hopes aren't being spoken?
“WE” - cULTURE
The unspoken rules, shared assumptions, and relational dynamics.
What's 'the way things are done around here' that no one questions?
“IT” - BEHAVIOuRS
What people actually do — skills, competencies, observable actions.
Where are the gaps between intention and execution?
“ITS” - SYSTEMS
Structures, processes, policies, physical environment.
How does the organisation's design enable or constrain what's possible?
WhY THIS MATTER?
Each dimension influences the others. A new system won't work if mindsets haven't shifted. A culture of blame will undermine the most elegant process redesign. Skills training falls flat when the team culture doesn't support practice and feedback.
Most organisations over-invest in the right-hand side—systems and behaviours—because they're visible and measurable. We help you attend equally to the left-hand side—mindset and culture—where the invisible forces live that determine whether change actually takes hold.
The result: Change initiatives that address root causes, not just symptoms. Strategies that people genuinely own, not just comply with. Transformation that lasts beyond the workshop room.
