AI Dialogues
Organizations are moving fast with Al because they can. But the most important question isn't how to move faster—it's faster toward what?
We offer a series of facilitated dialogue sessions designed to explore what AI is doing to people in organisations — not the technology, but the human side: identity, relationships, trust, and culture. Each session is 45–60 minutes with a group of 6–12 participants. No slides, no lectures, no frameworks to learn — just a well-designed, expertly facilitated conversation that goes deeper than people expect.
These sessions are part of a broader exploration into the human side of AI transformation. The organisation receives a valuable dialogue experience and a summary of themes and insights. Findings from the wider exploration will also be shared once published..
Dialogue #1 :
Trust, Boundaries & the Rules We Actually Follow
What participants explore: How people are really making decisions about AI — through policy, personal judgment, or unspoken norms
What organizations learn: Where there’s alignment, where there’s ambiguity, and what principles colleagues think should guide AI use
Dialouge #2 :
Human to Human in the Age of AI
What participants explore: How AI is shaping the way people communicate, collaborate, and connect with each other at work.
What organizations learn: What relational shifts people have normalised, and what the team wants to protect as AI becomes more integrated
Dialogue #3 :
Who am I when AI Can do My Job
What participants explore: What happens to professional identity, meaning, and sense of value when AI can do what took years to learn
What organizations learn: How people are really feeling about AI and their future — beyond the official resilience narrative
