The context: A climate innovation lab wanting to move beyond awareness-raising to genuine community engagement on local climate action.
What we did: Designed and facilitated a series of community dialogues that brought diverse residents—different ages, backgrounds, perspectives—into structured conversation about climate challenges in their neighbourhoods and what they could do together.
The shift: From passive recipients of climate information to active participants in shaping local climate response.
